Mary Wojas, Real Estate Broker is president of Custom Realty Services Inc. (www.customrealty.ca). Mary has been registered under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act since 1983. Prior to forming Custom Realty Services, Mary was the Real Estate Sales Administrator for a Commercial Real Estate Company, as well as a managing partner in a Real Estate Appraisal Company servicing both residential and commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area. While holding positions in these real estate firms, Mary was able to negotiate contracts, resulting in major dollar savings, facilitated efficient business relationships and expanded computer based real estate services. She managed the full portfolio of property data as well as the real estate market research for the GTA. Mary has also been involved in property management services as well as residential and commercial sales transactions. More then 20 years of real estate background provides Mary with vast experience to deal with any real estate requirements you may have. She prides herself in both her professionalism and her sensitivity to individual requirements of her clients. Ted Wojas, B.A., AACI, P.App provides consulting services to Custom Realty Services Inc. He is president of Wojas Appraisal Group Inc. (www.wagi.ca),  and has over 26 years of direct real estate appraisal experience, involving a variety of property types with a specialty in commercial appraisals. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning, a Mortgage Financing Diploma from the University of British Columbia, and was awarded the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) P.App designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1982. Along with these degrees, Ted has taken extensive seminars and courses from both the United States and Canada dealing with a variety of real estate related topics. Ted’s extensive knowledge, understanding and wide skills enable him to facilitate all your real estate analytical requirements.

Carol de Haas, CRA oversees our Residential Division and has over 20 years of real estate appraisal experience. Prior to being awarded with the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation in 1996 from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Carol managed the administrative operations of an appraisal office from record keeping to data management. Carol keeps her skills current by taking numerous intensive real estate appraisal related courses and specializes in the valuation of mortgage and relocation appraisals. Carol prides herself in her accuracy, and in keeping within a 5 percent variance of appraised value to sale price for relocation appraisals.
